Do you clean frames, tracks and screens?
These can be discussed and must be listed in the confirmed scope. Glass-only work does not automatically include every frame, track or screen.
Can every high window or gutter be serviced?
No. Access and safety requirements must be reviewed first. We only confirm work that can be completed with an agreed, suitable approach.
Does sending photos confirm a booking?
